How does one avoid mast bumping when performing these maneuvers? Is the helicopter kept in positive Gs through all the loops and rolls? Or is a special type of helicopter that can withstand negative Gs?

Bolkow 105 with a rigid rotor head. Mast bumping is not an issue.
