Has been a while since someone posted here so i thought i'd look at some of your recent flights. Tell the story of the flight and experiences gained.
Maybe include images?

Hi Goughy,

I got my PPL(H) in Dec 05 on a Schweizer 300CBi (Hughes 269 type) in Sheffield and have done a whopping 3.7hrs since then.

My last flight was on 22nd Mar 07 from Tollerton (Nottingham) in a R44 - my first time in one and it was B R I L L! I hadn't flown for 11 months and the instructor (who was my original FI) took me up. I got the feeling of the R44 so quickly - the extra power, the handling, the governor (the 300 doesn't have a governor) so we were doing advanced stuff - landing on a pill box.. in no time. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. If only I had a money tree in the garden Smile and time only for flying Very Happy I'd be filling up the pages in my log-book much quicker than at present Sad but I do hope that sometime soon I can go again.

You keep saving up and hoping and writing down what you want on your wish list - read it every day and imagine you have the helicopter in your garden - visualise the want and it will become yours.

Best of luck in your venture!

FF
