The parking brake is not located well in the S-92, along with many other things in the cockpit. This is not the first time it has happened (and it won't be the last), but previously people have got away with it and didn't let go of the collective once it got airbourne.

They were very lucky it didn't roll or fly into the terminal a few feet away.
