When it's crap weather outside, the best thing to do on a wet Sunday aftrernoon is have a nice roast lunch, with a few drinks, then chill out watching Back to the Future II. Smile

Went to the cinema with WGirl & WGuy last night to watch Phantom of the Opera - fantastic film. Highly recommended!!! Smile Music BRILLIANT.

Really couldn't see what the fuss was about, watching that on BBC TWO last night. I don't like opera much at the best of time, and I have to say, I turned over after half an hour. Rolling Eyes

I'm not saying it wasn't funny, I chuckled at one or two, somewhat obvious gags (I thought); but definately not fits of laughter stuff. And I must have found something better to watch or do. Bed, probably. Wink

Hi WW

I am sure that The Aviator is the next film on our list to go and watch - especially when we visit WGirl and WGuy - brilliant flicks just down the road to where they live.

When we do go, we will post our point of view!!!

Not a big fan of Leonardo myself, but hey, I am sure he does a wonderful job of acting out the wierd Howard Hughes character.

We don't take any notice of what the film critics say in the papers - we judge it for ourselves (film critics talk dribble anyway!!!)

I am going to be a .............. (dreaded word)............grandmother!!!!!

My darling daughter announced to me this morning that she is going to make me a proud grandmother at end August-beg Sept (aaarrrggghhhhhh).

I will have to start entering the 'glamorous grandmother can-can kicking' competition!!!!!

I don't think I look like a grandmother, do I Confused (No rude comments from you either, TC!!)

But, hey, seriously, I am really pleased.........

Surely it'll be the knitting needles first! Laughing

I can just see it now - Catwoman, on a lazy Sunday afternoon, with balls of wool all around and the needles clicking away.

Congratulations to Cap???t BLME & Catwoman. What wonderful news for the New Year!! I remember reading with interest elsewhere on the site that you where supposed to be tracing your ancestors, not creating new ones!! Laughing Oh well at least it will be an easy task to add them onto the tree! Give it a couple of years & Cap???t BLME will be out there giving the little one lessons!? Cool

Kind Regards,
Jim.
