Puma on Friday for a few hours.
SARTU Bell 412.
AAC Historic Flight.

German Navy Sea Lynx and Sea King.
German AF UH-1H.
Belgium Sea King.
Italian AF HH-3F x 2.

Unfortunately, the AAC has never sent an Apache, despite requests to all levels of AAC Command. Had pleanty of visits by US Army and R Neth AF Apaches over the years.

As far as AAC Lynx go, I cannot remember the last time one was on the Beach Lawns. From memory the last Lynx AH1/7 was a Royal Marines example back in the early 90's.

And "Red 10" in the DHFS Squirrel on Thursday not to mention the Black Cats also flew past the same day.

Shame thou no real support from the AAC. Ah well they are busy.

So are the German Navy, Belgiums and Italians all operating overseas in NATO and UN operations but they still support us every year.

Was that last photo taken before everything had left the beach lawns?

I, and the rest of 'my colleagues' seem to have missed that one!!

The group photo looks more like at the Helicopter Museum. There wasn't that much hardstanding on the beach lawns area.
