Hmm, this can't be a fragment from the Thin Blue Line... Nor Blackadder...

Was there a serie that I missed... Oh yep, this was a sceen out of a movie from 2004, but because he was too enthousiastic they had to replace him... Wondering if that had anything to do with tracing helicopters...
