Hi,

I'm an instructor in Florida. I love instructing but I also fly quite a lot of aerial photography missions. I fly the Hiller 12 and a Hughes 269-B

Instructing is definitly rewarding, but can also be very dangerous, some students can be a real pain.

I visit this forum every once in a while and like it so far, but it's very quit here.

All the best

Hi wesp!

Welcome to HeliTorque! As a student CPL(H) and hope-to-be-one-day instructor, I look forward to hearing from you some more - the more professional input we have on here the better, and it would be fantastic to learn from your stories and experiences.

See you soon,

WhirlyGirl Cool

Since my last post I moved to the UK.

I'm working now at Henstridge, Somerset. With Vanguard Helicopters Ltd. I still fly Hillers.

Kindest,

Hi Wesp!

You MUST come to one of our get-togethers! We just got back from the Christmas Bash and it was absolutely fantastic. Everyone got along so well! Very Happy

There will no doubt be some photos in the gallery soon!

Perhaps we'll come and visit you sometime - we fly out of Wellesbourne.

Regards,

WhirlyGirl Cool

Hello all. I am an instructor as well. I recently found the forum and have been poking around and there seems to be quite a bit of knowledge and diversity on here! It looks as though my instructor rating may be soon recognized by the FAA as well with a new proposed change to FAR part 63.

I used to hate trial lessons, I would loath a full saturday of them, however after teaching CPL courses for years, trial lessons are a joy... I actually get a shot, it's amazing! HH
