I've been trying to chase up some information regarding RTFs but a quick scan of the CAA site came up empty - Standards Doc 30 has been withdrawn, and Doc 31 references Doc 39 (overseas PPL training)

I remember hearing last year that RTFs were potentially going to become a thing of the past - has this happened?

What is procedure these days for a private owner who wants to set up for PPL training?

Any pointers gratefully received! Very Happy
