Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had any information or links in regards to Helicopter Crewman employment opportunties.

I am a member of the British Army and have been employed as an Aviation Crewman for the past 6 years. I have over 1000 hours consisting of 600 hours Lynx and 440 hours Bell 212 from a variety of different environments. I am also a qualified SERE, Helicopter abseil, Jungle and Temperate survival instructor as well as holding a number of other instructoral qualifications. I have experience using WESCAM MX15 and have conducted over 100 SAR/CASEVAC winches using the Goodridge Winch. In October 2009 I succesfully completed my aptitude exams to become a pilot at OASC RAF Cranwell but unfortunately was found to be 2mm to tall to fly as a military pilot.

I am currently looking at the opportunties available (if any) for a person with my background and experience in order to make an informed decision on whether to continue my aviation career or follow another employment stream.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Chris

Hi Chris

I've noticed that there are two vacancies for crewmen/winchman on the CHC website careers page.

Best of luck with your endeavors.

Cheers

Sam
