2006 was a horrible year for EMS accidents and incidents.
The same stupid mistakes, the same tragic results, just different names.

We must all make a personal and professional commitment to make safety our priority every single time we approach the helicopter. It must become the mantra for our own survival and those who put their lives in our hands. A wise old instructor once told me...
"There are only three phases of flight you need to think about safety...
Before. During. After."

I know many of you, and many more of you I don't, but please fly safely!!!
Let's end 2007 with all of us alive to celebrate!!!
