Why is high pressure and the good flying conditions it brings associated with helicopters GOING INTO MAINTENANCE AND BEING UNAVAILABLE TO FLY?

Maybe my brain was addled from days of driving, but this Q appearing in Ground School under a sub-heading of Met Question - I read it a few times as if it was a test Q from an exam... Confused
Only HC's response made it apparent it was a sensible Q from a frustrated pilot!
