What I can't understand is why the CAA didn't just wait until current licences expire, and re-issue the new EASA licence. Or is that too simple? To charge (in my case), £73 for a computer-generated bit of paper is beyond comprehension.
And whilst on my soapbox….
Why on earth, do they need a counter signatory on a Medical certificate/LPC record, when it’s patently obvious, that they already have it on record! _________________ TC - Pilot to the Stars.
