Who, out there, amongst our HeliTorque members, play musical instruments? Smile

It would be good to get a record on the site of who plays what, don't you think Wink

So far:-

BLME plays clarinet (with a bit of piano)
WhirlyGuy is an absolute genius on piano.
WhirlyGirl is an absolute genius on violin and piano, and her singing is 1st class as well.
From what I have read on the chat we have a percussionist, and a French Horn player out there!!!
Smile

Me.....well, I just sing along to whatever anybody is playing. My forte at the moment is bits & pieces from 'Phantom' - loosely
Confused Embarassed

Please, though, any more musicians out there, put your name down. Who knows...we could have a musical get-together sometime!!

Whirlygig, we should most definately have a get-together with our instruments!!! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Sounds like you are very musical!! I can offer the following:

Violin
Piano / Keyboard
Vocals

Guitar (long time since I played so very rusty!!)

I am also a songwriter / sound engineer / producer in the recording studio, so I think between us we all could make a great ensemble!!

Where are all the other muso's? Come on you know you want to volunteer for the HelliTorque Players... lol!

Okay Guys and Gals

How about a musical get-together then?! Non-musical forum members can come along and enjoy......

We (being WGirl, WGuy, BLME & myself) have been playing the music, and singing along, to The Phantom of The Opera musical lately......but if anyone out there has any other suggestions to the type of music they play, then please post on the site Smile

It is amazing to read about the many musical talents that other forum members possess......... Cool
