Dennis Kenyon will be doing his display at this show.
If you have not seen him before, I suggest you get along and see him as he is clsoing his flying school at the end of June and then finishing off the flying display season before hanging up his headsets
JJ

A strange mix of Dennis videos can be found at www.battle-heli.co.uk/videos , the best known is drkj2002.wmv but we may manage to get a good DVD ready for Helidays....

Hmm, Cosford Airshow or Helicopter Championships... Why do things have to clash! Sad

I would like to see this flying display. Is this his LAST airshow? Sad
Jerry, you mention the DVD. Are you coming to HeliDays then? Would be great to meet up!

He has a few more planned, with Shoreham probably being his last.

If we can get the DVD into some form of shape we hope to be there will all proceeds from the DVD going to his scholarship fund

I hope to get to Helidays one way or the other. The 300, an Enstrom or a 500 if my type rating is finished

We went down to Kemble a couple of years ago to the airshow. Dennis Kemble was giving a demonstration on his excellent flying skills in a Hughes 300. Cool He was absolutely brilliant. Very Happy Awesome - what a genius! Shame he is 'retiring' - but to anyone who hasn't seen his flying displays, then don't miss it. Wink

Last years Cosford Air show included a brilliant Chinook display as well as many other displays including a brief appearance of the brand new Typhun/Typhoon fighter. This year will also include Chinook, Merlin, the Blue Eagles and lots of fixed wing including a proper Typhoon display. A great show but you need to get there early to beat the traffic and I don't think its possible to fly in. I look forward to seeing the Dennis Kenyon display.

There are now some photos of Cosford Airshow in the photo gallery. It was a brilliant show - Denis Kenyon, the Blue Eagles and all the rest of the displays were great! Very Happy

Glad to hear that you attended Cosford and saw Dennis do his display.
The 300 is a little small for Cosford as the crowd line is very long.
But a Great Display in a difficult cross wind.
Flew over Heythrop on the way back to Shoreham, and it looked deserted, we would have dropped in if there had been signs of life.
