Very interesting trip. Cranwell is the RAF equivalent of Sandhurst and Dartmouth, and is full of history. Notable items are Guy Gibson's log book and numerous unique original paintings. Also the whole contents of the library of Lawrence of Arabia.

We had a very packed in 3 hour tour, a go on their Beech King Air simulator, a trip round ATC and a clamber inside several aircraft. Well woth going to, although actually it was poorly attended. Quite expensive landing fee though!

No pics I'm afraid as I forgot the camera!
