Which instruments do you play foxy? WhirlyGuy, myself and blme are currently working on Trio in E flat by Mozart, which we have arranged for piano, violin and clarinet! I am sure that we can work something out for one of the get-togethers, so that we can have some kind of jam session!!

WhirlyGirl Cool

P.S. One day we will perform the trio - give it a year or two and it will be perfect... Wink

Hi Whirlygirl,

I'm a French Hornist.

Current (un-arranged) potential with that config is the Brahms Trio in Eb for Piano, Horn and Violin but it's a tricky one having had a bash at it. (Clarinet - is that Capt Blimey? He could count bars rest for us..)

I bet there are a few secret players in our midst - one day we'll be together somewhere and we can enjoy a musical interlude.

I'm a percussionist, but haven't played for a long time, and couldn't read music now!!!!

You can put me down for the Sunday lunch, if you will, and I'll try to make sure I'm there, regardless of how and get there or who with Smile

Cheers.
Adam.

Hi peeps.

I was chatting the other day, and the subject of filming the fly-in at Rutland Water was brought up.

As a professional cameraman, I would be more than happy to do this for free, and get as much stuff as I can, and put the whole thing on DVD. I'll try to keep the finished product down to about 15 mins or so, and also produce a short Windows Media Player version that we can put on the site, to help promote the site and our membership.

However, at the moment I don't have any transport lined up. I'm happy to fly in, and stay over, but am currently looking for someone to share the cost of the trip with me from Denham.

I would like to ask, if I produce this DVD, how many of you would like a copy, and would you be OK about covering some of my costs by slipping me ??20 per copy?

It will take me about 5 hours of work to produce it, not to mention my filming time on the days there. This would help me justify the cost of getting there too!!! Each DVd would be broadcast quality, shot proerly, and come with a proper face lable and box with sleeve.

Please be honest....if you think it's too much per copy, say so.

Adam.
