Hi I'm running the London Marathon in April for Essex air ambulance.
The plan is to run in full flight gear helmet and all (I'm waiting for it to arrive in the post)
My flight suit is looking a bit naked I could do with a patch or two, to sow on.
Something like Pilot, EMS, star of life etc....

If anyone has a pair of white gloves, they don

No no no no no.... you'll get some horrible neck injury with that weight up top. Make one from a cornflake packet or modify a cycling helmet with papier-mache. 26 miles is a SERIOUS distance even in proper lightweight running gear. Great of you to want to raise money this way, but don't become a victim needing (neck) support yourself!
