Yup - Spey certainly was there - sorry JOMO206 Sad The new avionics fit complete with MP3 & Mode S worked fine.

Sorry to miss the regulars, but happy to finally meet Oi and OAW Wink

WSM was again on form with rain and wind during the evening - although we had a cracking fly home.

Why can't the event be moved to a little later in the year - say Mid August?
The Wx might average out better.

Bee2?

Not really the same, but I saw G-OCFD depart to and arrive back from WSM yesterday/today while I was at Sywell - a good time was had apparently!!

Although interesting Sywell had no Jet A1 this weekend, so i believe it had to divert into Cranfield on the way down for some go go juice!

I was stood right next to G-OFCD as it landed at WSM - as I am one of the officials at Helidays. .it looks amazing.

The regulars amongst us were a little disappointed to see that HeliTorque didn't make it down!

We are already looking forward to 2008. Shocked

We had a good time apart from being damp at nights when we worked.
Had fun pointing out to people the spelling mistakes on the German Sea King and chatting to the crews.

The big sticker on the side of the Pelican looked more like an angry Duck than a Pelican but was nice none the less.

I finally got home to Norfolk at 10 on Sunday night.

Oh and we still went Dodgem-ing regardless. Two rounds of it in fact.

Enjoy chaps and stay safe.
I'll try to post some pictures later. Including SPEY's departure.
