I have to agree about the 'zine...
...always marginal at best in content

The '45 would be even more beautiful gracing the cover of HeliOps!!

And for PilotWolf... the gratuitous sexy-pilot outfit...
Shocked

...all the REAL sexy-pilot photos I have are private!!!
and will NOT be posted here!!
heeheehee!!!

Helitorque has its own covergirl Very Happy Very Happy

Notice who is in the middle seat in the front of the EC130 and the photo was taken by WhirlyGuy - Congrats to him for a great shot and his first HeliOps cover.

Martin,

R44, doors off, quite a breeze coming through and hanging out the side... we did half the shoot each - swapped over half way through (not in mid-air I might add!!!!).

Awesome result though. I love that photo - have had it framed already. Thumbs Up

Sarah

Wow!!

Thanks Ned. Just seen this, didn't know it was going to make a cover shot though. Thanks for choosing this as the cover!!

Yep an R44 with the doors off. Had the zoom lens on but it was not really zoomed in much. We were pretty close I can tell you! Smile

Not too bad shooting with the doors off. When you are looking through the camera nothing really bothers you and you just shoot but on the way back in to Paris I needed to change seats to take some other pictures and swapping seats in a 44 with the doors off and you aren't strapped in for a while takes a bit of doing!!

That was a little hairy because if we had a slight gust then I would not have been strapped in and could have had a pretty hairy flight all on my own!! Only took a few seconds but the thought is definitely there in the head when you are swapping over!!

Thanks again Ned for choosing this as a cover shot I feel really proud!!
