Dear All

We've currently got near on 70 aircraft booked in for the Abingdon Air Fayre and will apparently be closing the books soon.

If you want to fly in then probably best to book your PPR soon with Neil on 07756 258892 .

Hope to see you all there.

Martin

Once again we should have representatives of the entire RAF JHC force at this years show.

Chinook flying and Merlin & Puma on static

Together with Navy Lynx flying and the SHAPE/US Army UH-60 Blackhawk on static and all you lovely people bringing your machines to us,looks like another chopper-tastic day at Abingdon Air & Country Show

see you there

Hi all, haven't posted for ages Embarassed

Just to update what I know, Merlin and Puma will not be in as Benson is closed for the bank holiday weekend. Also booking in is closed, and there are already 50 aircraft in reserve. Looks like we could have a busy weekend again Very Happy

Can't make Abingdon this year, unfortunately we have a friend's christening on Sunday so need to be in Solihul.

Have a great day, hope the weather does better than weekends have been recently, and see you all soon.

Nope, not gone anywhere, had a tough 6 months but trying to get back into circulation and hoping to be out flying again soon.

Just need some decent weather at the weekends which seems to be elusive at the moment!!!

Well just got back from another brilliant Abingdon Air Fayre.

Nice to meet up with Stevie although it was only brief during the departures.
Also, TC it was good to meet your friend with the N- reg Jet Ranger.
Of course one of the stars of the show was the UH-60 Blackhawk from SHAPE in Belgium.

Sadly the Chinook went tech enroute and had to return to Odiham but there was still the Royal Navy Lynx, thanks Steve for another great display and to all the pilots for their displays.

I think everyone enjoyed it, already looking forward to the 10th anniversary show next year, we're hoping for something special for the flying display next year.
