i am not a pilot but am marshalling/ ground handling at a feeder site in the Silverstone area.

OEI, are you flying in and parking at Silverstone or elsewhere during the race.
I know of quite a few pilots that are either flying charters in or shuttles.
If I end up at Turweston pop in if you get the chance. I can recommend the bacon rolls and coffee.

He must be going in before 9am.

I understand they dont allow PPL's in after 9am as its too busy with shuttles and charters.

Looks like i am at Turweston on Sunday.

If anyone is in there for fuel come and say hello, tall marshaller in Orange.

Flew over the top this afternoon it was heaving with cars.

The pleasure flying helicopters where a constant stream.

Looks very different to how it used to look helicopter wise !

Apparently there is not as much parking for helicopters there now. So we think we may be busy at Turweston on Sunday

Gary, did you fly through the Turweston overhead, if so was there much on the ground today. Thanks

Looks like we have got about 30 or so helicopters booked into Turweston tomorrow.

I dare say there will be a few more arrivals tomorrow.

Smallest is a R22 and the largest a S76 or the Bell 222 ( airwolf will be there )
