That's horrible. They've said that there won't be anything left of it by this afternoon!

The only saving grace is that no one was hurt in the fire. Terrible news though for all the businesses that were on the Pier, what will they do now?

One of the newspapers reports stated that the pier was to Weston as the tower is to Blackpool, . It only had new owners in February and they spent about 1 million on it acording to the papers.

Devastating news for all concerned but at least it was 7am and not 7pm when the pier would have been full.
