Is anyone else having a problem with their Log Off?

I could not off all last night. It would log me off, then sign me back on again by itself. It was necessary to change the password this morning to stop it from doing so.

Even now, after logging off, it attempts to Log in again. Watch your status bar in the browser. Seems like it is in some kind of loop.

Any ideas?

If it's your computer try deleting the cookie for helitorque. That might stop it.

Not sure why it happened, but it seems to be working fine now.

Changed password. However, the LogOff still is peculiar.

Hiya,

Just tried here on three different browsers and all seems to be fine. May have been your internet provider caching certain pages. Can happen sometimes if you go to a site a lot of times and then your host caches pages which can under certain circumstances cause this kind of thing to happen.

Other things to check would be cookies and also check that you aren't running under any privacy mode in your browser and also check any firewalls you have running to see if they might be doing anything untoward.

WhirlyGuy and Fendersim.

That seems to have led to a solution. Dumped the cache, deleted the stored cookie and set in "helitorque" as an exception to privacy settings.

All seems normal now. Signs off normally, then returns me to the forum index page.

I guess you can imagine now how many times I am visiting. I overloaded by "computer brain". Laughing

Appreciate the help.

No problem at all. Forums and dynamic web-sites can go a little wonky sometimes if you have cookie or firewall related problems although if you aren't on a shared computer then I wouldn't worry too much.
