if anyone is studying for this test, or if the UK has the same test (or to some degree) a great sight to study with is one called "flying start" which covers everything needed for the PSTAR exam. It includes the answers and a brief explanation as to why that is the answer!

PS the questions used for the PSTAR are identical to those on the site! its great stuff!

Hi Logan,
What is the PSTAR, I dont know if we have that here in the UK, but It looks like I'll be doing it when I get to Canada. PS What are the employment prospects out there at present for low time pilots?

low time right now, looks unhappy till the market gets better, also depends are where you look for work! the PSTAR is the test you write to get your student pilot permit, the site was found by my instructor when he was training at MVH
