I've lost all track of time, and seem to have "Lost" a period between 17:30 Saturday 30/07/05 to 08:00 31/07/05 Confused

I remember being somewhere in the South West and found a set of keys for a Jet Ranger in my trouser pocket later in the day.

If found, please return with any explanation.

Thank you!

Very Happy

What memory? Wink

Well I remember falling on my arse - destorying a street cone by trying to drag catwoman into doing the can-can and then having her fall on top of me (ouch - we are both rather bruised)...

I remember doing a full 360 in the happy house wheel (that large spinning gerbil-excercising type machine) and then having several people catch me when I fell out...

I remember eating and drinking some rather nice international delicacies at the BBQ, and getting soaked through in the pouring rain...

I remember filming the HeliTorque cap flying into the air propelled by some kind of electronic shooting device in the arcade (which even seemed funny when we were sober the next morning)...

But I don't remember how I ended up back at my B&B in one piece!

It's a miracle I didn't wake up with the tide sweepeing me out to sea the next morning!

You didn't worry about your shoes at the time, nor the next morning WGirl!! Rolling Eyes

What a fantastic time we had (again) at Weston HeliDays. Smile Cool

But, then, these weekends are always fun when we meet up with 'fun' people. Wink

So glad you made it to Weston super Mare James (T Lowe) and Helen. a bit of a wet Saturday afernoon but worth the effort though wasn't it - much appreciated that you came to join us.........

Hey TC, and 'your Dad'! Great to see you both again - and thanks for making our Saturday night a brilliant night - especially on the 'dodgems' at the end of the pier Shocked When Orange Arm Waver and his cronies suggested a dodgem 'duel' Evil or Very Mad we had to take them up on it didn't we?! (and we won!!! Cool )

That 'Happy House' thing was a bit MAD wasn't it Confused

Scally's - loud and scruffy but a brilliant live band playing just the right type of rock music........(and since last year Scally's Bar have fitted loo seats and painted the loo doors in the Ladies loo!! Shocked Shocked )

Afterwards it was onwards and upwards to a Chinese restaurant that we went to last year and managed to drag TC and Iceman (and WhirlyGuy) to this year. Fantastic food - don't you think TC?

Great time had by all ..........thanks everyone.

Big thanks to Orange Arm Waver and all his marshalling cronies for their professional help in ushering us and others into Weston HeliDays......cheers! What a great bunch of people they are too - they are the hidden 'heroes' at these events..........

Nice to see that you all made it back to civilisation OK, and weren't to worse for wear in the morning. Laughing You all did better than the Italian Police who were escorted back to site to deposit thier knives after going clubing with them on. Shocked Rolling Eyes

It was good to put a face to names and we will have to do it again Wink that's if you think you can beat us on the Dodgems Laughing

P.S As to you beating us Catwoman you had an unfair advantage you out numbered us 2 to 1 and Orange Arm Waver started on your side. Next time we'll even it up. Twisted Evil

Hey Rotorwash!! You and your lot had the advantage of doing the 'dodgem' thing before - we are the newbies on dodgems!!! Shall we set a challenge for next year's HeliDays then? Cool

Good to meet up with you, and the other marshallers, and thanks for your help in getting us into, and out of, HeliDays safely.

Hope you enjoy the photos on the 'Photo Gallery' under HeliDays 2005

I am new to this forum - found out about it from the BBQ when you were handing out leaflets to the Crews, and The US Army gave me theirs.

I Would like to say a big THANK YOU to you for coming down!!!!!!!! Cool

I was one of the younger people running about in a Yellow Hi-Vis jacket with my Camera! Laughing and now im very burnt and tired Sad

Hope you had fun at the Grand Pier also! Very Happy

So again, I say thank you on behalf of all the Officials, Marshallers, and whoever else i forgot, for coming to Weston-super-HeliDays!!

Hope to see you again next year!

Best Regards

Hi Chris

We had a great time at Weston, even though the weather was 'cr..' I mean 'dreadful' on the Saturday Sad But didn't deter pilots, etc from attending the BBQ on Sat evening Smile Cool

We need hi-viz jacket people, so cheers and thanks..............for getting us all in safely, and getting rid of us on the Sunday!!

We came down to WSM last year and this year, and about to look into booking B&B for next year, so no doubt will meet up with you then. So, just get practising the tactics for the 'dodgems'! Wink

Have a look at 'Photo gallery' under HeliEvents - then Weston HeliDays...............

Enjoy....
