Hi all.
I think the Dodgems were at least a draw if not a win to us!!!
4 v's 7 - watch out next year. We are already planning a bigger group of us... It'll be carnage!

I had a cracking time thanks guys. Nice to have put more names to faces. (even if I wasn't aroud in orange for the weekend.

Catwoman - I agree we may have had an advantage in the dodgems as we've done them every year for the last 8-9 years but we'd also had one round between us prior to you guys joining in so we were already partly worn out. (If you doubt this you try two rounds in quick succession - the most we have managed was three and we were fit for nowt - especially how we "play" them.)

Just as a wee point of note - we were only doing overnight security. The marshallers were nowt to do with us other than they were also volunteers at the event.

Cheers guys
Gary aka OAW

Well I was also in Weston on saturday at 4 but could not see any of you, was it because it was raining? It did not bother em I was hiding under my umbrella and had a good chat with the German's who had brought their own Beer and Beer cooler.

Ah well might see you next year.

Glad to know you all had a fabulous time though. I hope my pleasure flying friends had a good Sunday to make up for Friday and Saturday.

At 16:00, we were safely tucked up in a bar, gradually drying out...

Flyer,

A couple of your pictures are inaccessible. I think it's because of an error in the URL you've posted. The ones that are missing have a URL that includes a space - in URL notation, that space can be replaced with a "%20". Instead, the URLs you've posted just have a "%".

To fix, either replace that % with a space, or %20. Either should work.

Great pics though, shame about the rain - mine are quite similar. Sad
