Personal opinion only, you will probably struggle to get work in anything other than onshore day helicopters in the current financial climate.
Practically you will be 45 and inexperienced as a CPL(H) unless you get lucky you will need to get an FI rating and then if you are any good, find some work.
I doubt (but I cannot say I know) most of the big operators would want to invest in an expensive type rating for someone who will be co-pilot for say 5 years and then perhaps only have another 10 left.
Just twopence worth, if you really want to do it, do it, it CAN be great fun but don't expect it to be sugar coated.
