Thanks Gary - so busy at the moment, haven't had chance to look at the web all day! (And I think my AAIB reminder must be set for next week, as I didn't get a prompt to look, this morning.)

Anyway, G-OTOY's report is a little odd. Accident date is 28th April 2008. And the report is only published now. It's not a particularly in-depth report - in fact, it looks like it's mostly report from the pilot. There are no clues as the the delay! Confused
