No it was Dynamic Rollover.. He was landing on a dolly/trolley, and missed it slightly. Hooked one skid under the dolly, then as he tried to lift again to re-align got into all sorts of problems.
An excellent example of why dollies are a bad idea. If you've paid several hundred thousand for an aircraft, a few thousand more for a 'mover' or motorized tow isn't a bad idea.
